From here, you can send us your files:
For large imaging files, like DICOM, you'll first need to zip (compress) your file(s).

1.  Open the imaging CD and look for a folder called:

DICOM or DICOMDAT or DATA

Look for a folder that looks like one of these:

2.  Download this folder to your computer desktop.

3.  Compress (aka zip) the folder just downloaded to your computer desktop.

4.  Click on the “Browse” button below & link to the compressed (aka zipped) file on your computer, by clicking on your selected file.

5.  Click the “Upload” button below. The system will copy the file to a secure area of our server.

You will need to upload each file separately.

You'll see the message below & know your upload is complete.

Your file has been successfully uploaded.
